Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as possible (within 7 days) . Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
We may require a photo of proof of the faulty item You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a store credit, Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card, PayPal account or store credit.
Please ensure to choose a trackable delivery method for any return. We will not be accountable for any lost or stolen packages This will be the responsibility of the purchaser that is returning items.
We do not credit original shipping fees and you are responsible for return shipping fees
The total amount credited to you will be less a shipping charge of $9.95
If you were not charged for shipping with your order.
Change of Mind
While we hope you’re happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not be quite right for you. We can offer an exchange for something else of the same value or if of greater value,we can send you an invoice for the difference. Please note we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind.
If you’re wanting to return an item for any other reason than a fault – the cost of postage will be at the purchase cost. Please note Eliza occasionally gives a free gift with purchase and if these are not returned with the item they will be taken out of the costs of the purchase.
Please note that limited edition framed works of art are made up once ordered. There is a significant outlay on these items and can’t be returned. Please get in contact with Eliza if you wish to view some of these works or discuss options.
Please note: Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless specified otherwise.
*Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind include: gift vouchers, personalised products, made-to-order pieces, and earrings All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition and packaging and not affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part. If these requirements are not met, the refund will be impacted.
If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you via PayPal or offer you a store credit to the same value, and in this case any shipping costs will be refunded.
