Please note that all Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as possible (within 7 days). Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
We may require a photo of proof of the faulty item You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a store credit, Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card, PayPal account or store credit.
Goods Return
Please ensure to choose a trackable delivery method for any return. We will not be accountable for any lost or stolen packages This will be the responsibility of the purchaser that is returning items.
We do not credit original shipping fees and you are responsible for return shipping fees.The total amount credited to you will be less a shipping charge of $9.95 or what is on your purchase invoice.
If you were not charged for shipping with your order a charge of $9.95 applies.
Change of Mind
While we hope you’re happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not be quite right for you. Once we receive your good returns, we credit your Eliza Piro account a credit voucher. Please note we don’t offer refunds. Credit vouchers exp in 12 months.
If you’re wanting to return an item for any other reason than a fault – the cost of postage will be at the purchase cost. Please note occasionally orders receive a free gift with purchase and if these are not returned with the item they will be taken out of the costs of the purchase.
Please note that limited edition framed works of art are made up once ordered. There is a significant outlay on these items and can’t be returned. Please get in contact with Eliza if you wish to view some of these works or discuss options.
Please note: Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless specified otherwise.
*Items that cannot be exchanged include: gift vouchers, personalised products, made-to-order pieces and framed works as these are made up to order. All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition and packaging and not affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part. If these requirements are not met, the exchange/refund will be impacted.
